 The purpose of CT Lighting is to help advance and empower youth by initiating and improving opportunities for boys and girls basketball through competition.  Our mission is for every player who comes through CT Lightning is improvement of their individual abilities and an increased awareness of the important fundamentals of the game of basketball. 
 

Our coaching staff have years of experience and professionalism. They are equally committed to providing quality coaching and skill development for our youth athletes.  As Connecticut Lightning seeks to develop character and sportsmanship while promoting excellences in basketball, each player will reach their maximum potential enabling them to transform those skills from the basketball floor today to becoming leaders in our communities tomorrow.  Connecticut Lightning will work hard to ensure success.
